Rat droppings are lately infesting my work desk for a couple of weeks already. Mainly due to the running-away or maybe death of our feline predators that's why this ecosystem imbalance leads to the rapid multiplication of this preys. There is an estimate of 30 droppings (3 mm X 1 mm) of these pests, some poops are individually dispered in small distances, but most seem to be in clumps (it just shows how just 1 rat can be comfortable excreting their dump after feeding on the cover of my thesaurus). I've asked people from our maintenance dept what our pest-control measures are and unsurprisingly, they said none but they are committing that we can implement one once we transfer to our new facility at the old Wheeler's Club building also along Qav.
Even how much I can muster the art of cleanliness and professionalism on my work desk, there's no way I can achieve that with black granules to greet me every morning.
What are you looking for?

I've been in the longest stupor for the past weeks even if my work nature is mobile and varied. Though I may say that change in one's lifestyle is abrupt and drastic, most people manage to even sandwich their favorito activities inspite of the plunge. But not me. I am in that stage when I get introduced into a new line of work yet for the longest time, I have not levelled off or have not actually done the actual work expected of me.
Several reasons why this happened:
1. Unforecasted personal tragedies (e.g getting sick after Cebu exposure, daddy's hospitalization, minimum: 5 days),
2. Weekly line-up of events where sponsor engagements are shallow,
3. Can you believe this that since April, I have no desktop pc and ergo chair so emails become unchecked and unanswered? A few choices, either to wait until the workday ends and use somebody else's PC, or just pomp in some person's workdesk and plead if I can use their comp for a few minuits.
I have mental cramps.

Last March 31 was mommy's 7th year death anniversary. For now, my memory of her is so vivid, I feel so much guilty for not dwelling on what I remember of her, especially for the last 4 years. During the burial service, I was not even in the right mind to compose a letter to her and recite it in front of the family, the DENR pool and her other friends during the necrological services.
Do you ever get that forced emotion when you'd want to forget the tragic past because it would be emotionally and psychologically tormenting? For the endless times you try to logicize why it happened, you will never know the answers, God in the end will just reveal the cosmic relevance of this unfortunate event. What sense can I make out of mommy's drowning in an inspection project in the river-mountain range? A few people tried to reason out that it probably was foul-play for the project people are hesitant of not letting my mom find out that there was no project being established in the Quirino site but funds are continuously supplied. I'm not sure of the complete project name though...sounded like German-SWAP project.

I heard last weekend that the producer/director of Temptation Island, Lipad Darna Lipad, Underage, Bomba Star, Katorse, Blue Jeans, 14 Going Steady and Pila Balde, Joey Gosiengfiao, has passed away due to a heart attack.
According to his dear friend Elwood Perez, he met Gosiengfiao when they were students at the University of the East. “He confided that his life was like the Tennessee Williams play The Glass Menagerie,” Perez recounted. “His mom Maria was pure Japanese and looked like Lana Turner. She was erudite and genteel. Their house was filled with books. I used to borrow books by Sartre and Kafka from their library.” He would forever remember Gosiengfiao as “a bohemian in a turtleneck, a cigarette dangling from his lips, like French actress Jeanne Moreau,” Perez said.

Been daydreaming of my snack baons when I was in my early Montessori days. The usual package consists of either ham/cheese sandwich na lasang plastic, wafer biscuits na Gold ang wrapper, TUC salty crackers, Knickknacks, Jack N' Jill Pretzels, and other sorts na mukhang mura sa budget, then for drinks would be Hi-C Apple or Grape (ayoko ever ng mainit na Zesto ang sakit sa lalamunan, nakakasuka and super malas mo pag yun ang baon mo sa field trip), Zip orange, Yakult (I don't realize then na sobrang kulang ang 1 bottle at that time), or cold Coke with ice in the ever-uso thermos na Coleman. I remember that time when my filthy rich classmates would have Yan-Yan or Kitkat for snacks.
During lunch, Celso would have his yaya bring him the the circular 3-level container metal baunan, which would separate steaming hot rice, nilagang baka with overflowing sabaw and his printong tapa or porkchop. Super mukhang masarap but I was never sure though, I never asked for a portion, thinking I might contract something from Celso, who then was not so hygienic. My usual rice lunch consists of tapa or tocino, adobong pork or chicken, cold fried chicken with no breadings but instead marinated in soy sauce, hotdogs that turns my rice pink, since the dogs are put on top of the rice, wala kasing separator ang Tupperware ko. My ever favorite lunch treat was bacon or corned beef, but over-all-on-top-of-my-list fave is when mommy forgets to prepare baon for us so she comes by at school and brings hot carinderia food like menudo or igadu.
Eventually, my snacks evolved to kiosk food like flavor-varied soda, clover bits, cheezels, chickadees and all other chichirya of the late 8o's. There were times when I had ice-cold Coke in my Coleman when it's PE day.

What's the Story Morning Glory?
While I was looking for domestication items to use for my new residence in an apartment in Chautoco, it suddenly lit my mind that I need a keychain for my 3 new house keys. So the nearest I can reach while walking in the back avenues of Galleria was the Morning Glory store. I asked the sales assistant where I can find it, (actually on the first seconds I was inside the store, i was really irritated then cause she did the NO-NO habit of literally following my steps, serving as my kunsenshang twilight zone version as if I'm going to pickpocket), she pointed at a small purse that can serve as both a coin or key purse, what the heck! She then told me that they don't have keychains (considering that I am on a stationery and gift store!). So I trodded to the other side of the shelves, since I'm not convinced that they don't have keychains. Then I found the keychains, which are in Pucca and some other unknown Japanese cartoons. I got one, raised it in the air and announced to the sales pro that I found a keychain....then without batting an eyelash, she suddenly blurted, "Ay oo pwede rin lalagyan ng susi yan." Superb! ang galing talaga ng intellect ng mga tao today, that's why I'm not surprised that those politicians show TV campaigns that cater to the "hindi mo na kailangan mag-isip kung sino ang iboboto mo, kailangan mo lang maaliw" fanatics of wowowee or sexbomb (hindi ko kinakaya ang kabakyaan ng mga nilalang na ito). Obviously their agents see that the general TV audience are morons and will be thrilled by the big-budgeted dance numbers of the candidates.

The best ever LiveAids show I've seen last Sunday....my 3rd year of being a suki of this annual show by the supercilious yet supertalented MassCom household of UP. It was almost 4 hours of frigid facial muscles cause I can't control the kaaliwan and kasiyahan these monologists are bringing out. The mood was so infectious, I had laughter syndrome until I slept and when I woke up and stared even at a blurred mirror, Surprise! I have new friends! Wrinkles here and there, in magnified/parang sharp-imaged version pa. Time is taking its toll on my skin, if I can just be a raisinet na you can coat with chocolate. I realized it's okay na rin since the reason why tiny folds appear is yung all-day smiling.

My Warehouse Buys last Saturday: (all are 70% off)
1. Scarlet Letter
2. From Nobodies to Somebodies
3. A book for those who just turned 50 (forgot the title)
4. Eating Fire and Drinking Water
Also passed by National Pioneer that same day and they have better deals for classics...Tolstoy and Jack London coffeetable book sized, plus all other dead writers for 69.00. Enough of books I don't have time to read...I ended with super-thick chocolate milkshake and pepperoni pizza sa Shakey's.

I wonder kung saan pa nakakabili ng ganitong shirt? I've looked all over the net but I cannot seem to find any info kung natibag na ba ang factory ng gawaan ng kamisetang ito.
My mom, not sure kung si daddy yun...meron silang brown shirt na Crispa when we were still kids, now it's nowhere to be found. I would recall na the shirt was so cottonish and masarap sa skin. Sa Visayas at Mindanao na lang ata meron nito e.
Sa talk pa naman ni Atty. Lacson about buying Pinoy goods (by the way he's part of a group called Yabang Pinoy), and he mentioned that he wears Crispa undershirts. I wonder kung san supplier niya.
